How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days. We'll notify you via email once a decision has been made. During peak times, reviews may take up to 5 business days.
What payment methods are supported?
We support direct bank transfers (ACH), PayPal, and Stripe for seller payouts. Payments are processed weekly on Fridays, with a minimum payout threshold of $100. You can manage your payment preferences in your seller dashboard.
Can I sell internationally?
Currently, we support sellers in the United States and Canada. You can ship internationally to buyers, but you must be based in North America. We're planning to expand to Europe and Asia in 2025.
What types of products can I sell?
You can sell automotive parts, accessories, tuning equipment, and related services. All products must be legal, authentic, and comply with safety regulations. Counterfeit or unsafe products are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Is there a monthly fee?
No monthly fees! We only charge a commission on successful sales. Our commission structure is volume-based, starting at 15% for new sellers and decreasing to 8% for high-volume sellers. There are no listing fees, setup fees, or hidden charges.
How do I handle returns and disputes?
GoodTuners provides a comprehensive dispute resolution system. Buyers have 30 days to request returns for defective items. Our support team mediates disputes fairly, protecting both buyers and sellers. You'll need to define your return policy, which will be displayed on all your product listings.
